Please read these Terms of Service carefully before enrolling in any Sarthi AI track or using our learning tools. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The 90-Day Job & Internship Guarantee
Sarthi AI provides a full-refund guarantee if a student does not secure an internship or role within 90 days of completing a career track.
To qualify for a 100% refund, the student must meet all of the following requirements:
- Complete **100%** of the lessons and watches in the chosen track.
- Unlock the course certificate by completing all checkmarks.
- Solve and submit all **Prove It Challenges** with working code solutions.
- Attend and participate in at least **3 mock/partner interviews** scheduled through the platform's matchmaking portal.
2. Tuition Fees & Billing
Enrollment into Core Machine Learning, Generative AI, or MLOps requires a one-time course purchase. Payments are processed securely via local sandbox configurations.
Once paid, the course materials, video players, and full AI Companion contexts are permanently unlocked for your user account.
3. Fair Use of Learning Content
All videos, code reference sheets, quizzes, transcripts, and custom visual assets hosted on Sarthi AI are the intellectual property of Sarthi AI. You may not distribute, scrape, resell, or share account credentials to allow third-party access to restricted tracks.
